These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jkbd platform and all its services. By using our services through the jkbd website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below. "Platform" refers to the jkbd website, mobile app, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on jkbd. "Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, and casino services provided by jkbd.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh and accessing the platform from Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, the user agrees to fully comply with these Terms.

jkbd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

A personal account must be created in order to use services on the jkbd platform. Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name will be considered fraud, and all associated accounts will be cancelled.

Information Required for Registration

To open an account, you must provide the following accurate and complete information:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)

Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being cancelled at any time and all funds in the account being forfeited. jkbd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Password and Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

To register an account and use services on the jkbd platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be of sound mind and full capacity to make decisions
• Must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh
• Must not have had a previous jkbd account permanently closed

If it is proven at any time that the user was a minor, that account will be closed immediately and no winnings will be paid out.

All financial transactions on the jkbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We currently provide deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed
• Withdrawals may be delayed during investigation in cases of suspicious activity

jkbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to their own terms, and the general bonus policy outlined below will apply.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x).

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and wagering requirements
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• Wagering must be completed before winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable
• Accounts may be cancelled if any attempt is made to abuse promotional benefits
• jkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus
• Wagering on specific games or game categories may be required to qualify for bonus benefits

VIP and Cashback Program

Regular members in jkbd's five-tier VIP program receive weekly cashback benefits. The cashback rate increases progressively from the Bronze tier to the Diamond tier. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity on the platform.

The jkbd platform offers cricket betting, slots, casino games, and various live games. Each game has its own rules and they should be read before starting a game.

Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available in the specific game
• Incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error will be considered void
• Server records are final — server data takes precedence over results shown on the client side
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the relevant bet may be suspended pending investigation

Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, event outcomes are determined by official score records. If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled according to jkbd's own rules.

Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. If a technical issue occurs in any game, a decision will be made in accordance with the game provider's rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkbd platform:

Fraud and Deception

• Opening an account using a false identity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Accessing or using another person's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities

Technical Misuse

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or systems for personal gain
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location

jkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request
• Extended inactivity (more than 365 days)
• By order of a court or relevant authority

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account yourself at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat. It is advisable to withdraw all funds in the account before closing it.

• Natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or misconduct

In the event of any technical issue or dispute, jkbd's decision will be considered final. However, we always strive to resolve all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any transaction or gaming outcome, it must be reported to our support team in writing within 30 days. Complaints submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

jkbd reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users via notification.
